Did you get your points, or did they feed you the same canned response about waiting for 15 -21 days? By then, BB will stop issuing points anyway.

I waited a month and I never got received it. Had to ask for them to manually add it.

Thanks for the response. Typical BB, make false promises to shut the complaining customer and procrastinate for 30 - 60 days.

What is going on with Best Buy? You said that you are back in the office. Now you are saying that you are about to log off and return on Tuesday?
