I recently decided to give an iPhone a try and purchased a 14 pro online from BestBuy and chose tmobile financing during checkout. After a week of using it I decided I didn't like ios and wanted to return it. I didn't have time to go back in to the store so I ordered a S23 online to replace it. When I did have a chance to go in to the store I was told they were unable to process the return for the iPhone because I had already activated the S23 and their system couldn't recognize the iPhone. I'm now 14 days past purchase of the iPhone and hoping I'm not gonna get stuck paying for both phones. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
