I've been having problems since last week trying to Verify My Account for certain items like Consoles and Computer Hardware after finishing the queue. When the Blue, Verify Your Account button comes up and I click it, it goes back into the queue again. I have tried logging out and back in, clearing my cash, and using two different browsers as well as my phone and I always get the same issue of being repeatedly asked to verify my account. Can someone help?

I am also having this issue! I am a Total Tech member, and couldn't even purchase the Nintendo Switch OLED that was a Total Tech member exclusive event.
Cannot purchase anything with the Best Buy queue. I'll wait in 'line', and once the Verify Your Account button comes up, it boots me back into line and the process repeats. Also tried Chrome and Microsoft Edge, the mobile app and Safari and Chrome on my mobile phone. All the same issue.
Have had this issue for 3 weeks now. it stinks!
I'm already logged in, why do I need to verify again?!

I get this problem whether I use my phone or my computer, and regardless of which browser I use. I hit "add to cart" and then get the message that I'm in line. Eventually the "verify your account" button turns up, but when I click that, it just puts me back in line again! Please help! This has been a problem for me for weeks.

I am so incredibly frustrated right now, i have been refreshing the website since 9:30 AM because i suspected the drop would be today and when i saw the NVIDIA 3060 TI was available i immediately tried to add to the cart and was stuck in the verification loop until it sold out. I still have not even received the verification emails. I see that many other people are having the same issue, what is going on?

I also am constantly stuck in verify loop. I have waited infront of my computer for the last 7 days eight hours a day trying to purchase a graphics card, and this morning the moment your website restocked I tried to add a 3080 to my car and was stuck in a verify loop for the next two hours along with every other item I tried to purchase.
