Hopefully, their review will accept zero stars. I went in to buy an iPhone for my daughter. I've purchased 5 so from best buy, have credit with them, etc. I walked up to a mind-bogglingly indifferent female associate more interested in showing off her tats than making a sale. She first made it sound like I wasn't cool enough to buy something from best buy much less an iPhone.
She then asked questions that were obviously constructed to make me write this review. if my daughter wasn't there longing for a phone I would have been out the door. But it's my daughter and ordinarily, I like Best Buy. My credit application was good, but then she seemed bored with how long it was taking to help. Finally, I was asked if I ever had a T-Mobile account which I haven't.
She said there was a fraud error code and the cops were on the way and perhaps I could go to a T-Mobile store and sort it all out. I did. I went to T-Mobile and they pulled up my account and told me I was approved for up to 13 lines. What about the fraud code. They said "what fraud code?" Oh, they had a special for 2 phones for the price of one. I was out the door in an hour with two phones. Thanks for wasting my time. I'll be moving on.
