Best Buy Community: Mission
The mission of our Best Buy Community is to provide unbiased support to customers about the latest and greatest devices. The Community brings together the knowledge of our customers, Social Media Specialists, BlueShirts and Geek Squad Agents online all in one place. The Community is comprised of forum boards, blogs, FAQs and IdeaX, a dedicated area to crowdsourced ideas to enhance Best Buy.
