3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible persons may enter the Sweepstakes by depositing their business card or a completed official entry form, while supplies last, into the designated receptacle. All entries must include first and last name, and e-mail address. Entries must be deposited into the designated receptacle, during the Sweepstakes Period, to be eligible for participation in the Sweepstakes. ELIGIBLE NON-WINNING ENTRIES FROM AN EVENT ENTRY PERIOD DRAWING WILL ROLL OVER TO SUBSEQUENT EVENT ENTRY PERIOD DRAWINGS. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON/AUTHORIZED E-MAIL ACCOUNT HOLDER. Any attempt by any person to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different e-mail accounts or any other methods will void all of that person’s entries and that person will be disqualified. 4. DRAWING SCHEDULE AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: For each Event Entry Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select Grand Prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period (See Event Entry Period Drawing Schedule below). Five hundred fifty two (552) Grand Prizes will be available throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules by GMR, an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are binding and final. Limit one (1) prize per person/authorized e-mail account holder during the Sweepstakes Period. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified immediately after each drawing via the e-mail address provided at the time of entry. Potential winners must return to the Best Buy Display at BlogHer’13 before 5:00:00 p.m. CT on the day the prize was won and are required to sign a Prize Acceptance Document prior to claiming the prize or such prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prizes, or redeem prizes for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable. Prizes will not be fulfilled outside the 50 United States or D.C. Taxes on prizes are solely the winner’s responsibility. All prizes are subject to standard manufacturer’s warranty. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for that drawing.
6.
