Best Buy can help you find a receipt.

Here is a link to the TV: https://www.insigniaproducts.com/pdp/NS-43DF710NA19/6245701

If this TV was purchased a couple of months ago, then you will get warranty service on it since it has a 1 year limited warranty. See the warranty guide on the Insignia site for more information and how to setup warranty service once Best Buy gets your copy of the receipt.

Exclusions of coverage does apply depending on the technical issue at hand with the tv.

Re: question about insignia NS-43DF710NA19 40 inch fire tv

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us here on the Best Buy Forums. I had to make a warranty claim on my television a couple years ago. If you could send a private message with your name, e-mail address, and phone number, I would be happy to see if I can locate the receipt for your purchase so that you can make a claim!
