hi my insignia ns-24e340a13 lost all sound i dont know when this exactly started i have no sound on any of the inputs and no static sound from the tv speakers only sound i get is when i have headphones pluged in how do i fix this as i need my audio to work or is there a way for me to factory reset the tv?
any help is much appreciated
