auto scan not working

I have read a bunch of other auto scan problems but mine seems to be different. I have a 32 inch led 720p 60hz model #ns-32d311na15 and I can't seem to find any channels. It's hooked up to a comcast secondary box that is connected by a coaxial cable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to set the TV to channel 03, or 04. If neither channel shows signal, double check the cords, and see if there are any led lights on the box showing its active.
