Welcome to our community, and thanks for your question. I'd be happy to see if I can help troubleshoot this.
To start, I have a few questions. First, is there any audio, or is the television also silent? Have you tried a different HDMI port, or only one? Is the television displaying without issue on other inputs?
Please also get back to me with the model number on that television. That should help us find a solution.
