HI, I have a NS-19E310A13 Rev.A TV that is stuck on one channel. By that I mean when you plug the TV in, it turns on automatically on channel 2.1, no picture or sound, then it reboots into a never ending loop.
I am using an antenna and have tried disconnecting power and the antenna with no luck. I have also taken batteries out of the remote to make sure a button wasn't stuck. (serial number available if needed)
If you have any suggestions, I would be eternally grateful.

Most likely one of the channel frequencies has changed enough to confuse the TV.
Unplug the screw on coax cord from the TV, and it should stop power cycling. Once it has stopped, while the coax cord is disconnected, run the channel scan to erase the previous channel listing.
Once that scan completes, reattach the coax cord, and rerun the channel scan to find the current frequencies.
At this point you should be back in working order. If not, let me know and we'll see what else we can figure out.
