The TV volume on my Insignia TV keeps flashing. It is connected to a Polk Audio S2 soundbar. I can't get it to stop. Any ideas?

Welcome to our community, tomdufour.
If you haven't already done so, please try power-cycling the TV by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV hardware.
If the problem persists, I would recommend disconnecting your sound bar to see if the problem continues. This will help identify if your TV is at fault, or if there is an issue with the sound bar or the handshake between devices.
Please let me know what happens? I look forward to hearing from you.

My Fire Tv is connected to a Polk Audio Sound bar. It keeps flashing the volume level at regular intervals. I already tried resetting the sound bar
