I recently purchased the Insignia 24" TV NS-24D310NA21.  I used the Voice Guide to help setup the TV.  I am now needing to turn this feature off.  I tried to follow some of the previous posted messages with the instruction as to how to accomplished this yet I am not having luck doing this. Please help.  Thanks

Thank you for becoming a member of our Community Forums! We are happy to have you join us! I have had my kiddos turn the Voice Guide on more than once, and I have had to figure out how to turn it off myself, so I understand how confusing it can be. 

If you do have your manual handy, or have downloaded the PDF version of it, these instructions can be located on page 34. Below, you will find a picture of page 34. Follow the directions under the section that explains how to adjust the accessibility settings.
