Is your TV indicating there’s firmware that needs to be downloaded? I’m not seeing that there is a firmware update available for this model on our site. Are you having issues with your TV that you believe a firmware update would solve? We look forward to learning more about your ask.

Have you attempted to reset your TV back to factory defaults? You should be to do that by choosing the following prompts listed below.
Press Home, then select Settings. Select Device & Software, then select Reset to Factory Defaults.
Can you please confirm if your TV was connected to the internet when you had it set it up? To get the Full version you’d need to login your Amazon profile according to the Quick Setup Guide.
