Noticing that your remote has become unpaired can be normal issue that can pop-up and is sparked by the factory reset. I’d highly recommend using our floated post here to sync your remote. I’ve detailed the differences between Full & Basic options below.
Full: access to live TV, over tens of thousands of streaming movies and TV episodes, thousands of apps, and Alexa Skills.
Basic: access to live TV and six preset streaming apps, Alexa and the full Appstore are not included.
