Unable to change Picture Settings on Insignia TV

I just bought a 32" Insignia TV second-hand. When I open the menus to adjust the picture settings, I am unable to adjust a few of the most important settings inside of the menu. 

 

I am using a new HDMI cable, and I have used both of the HDMI inputs on the back of the TV. 


Is there something I am missing?

For best results, you may need to adjust the video output settings of your connected signal source. 

 

With that said, I'll be happy to look into this for you if you will please reply with your TV model number and the brand and model number of your connected device(s).

Hi, I recently bought an Insignia TV and am having the same problem. I go to settings -> picture and can only scroll to the first option, backlight. The other options are grayed out. I have tried all controls and complete power cycle (removing from outlet).
