I turned on this TV, selected cable tv, the cable channel came up, but when I selected "On Demand" the tv screen went black and the sound stopped. I have unplugged the TV 4 times and the cable box also. This has not worked. I cannot "see" to try the other troubleshooting options in the on line owners manual. I have hooked up another tv to the cable box and the some outlet and it is working fine...just not a smart tv. So what is the problem and how do I fix it?
