Hi! I have had my Insignia Fire TV since January, bought by my brother-in-law for college. It worked great for the semester! But, when I took it home, the only thing I can do with the remote is turn it on. Further more, it says all of my networking abilities with the TV are "temporarily disabled". I have no idea how to combat this given the only button that works is the power button. I have a GeekSquad warranty, but is there any way I can solve this myself? It feels fixable, given it's fairly new and I've had it for less than a year. Any and all correspondence would be appreciated.

Just to clarify, the television itself is working right, and the buttons on the TV are responsive, but the remote isn’t working? I just want to make sure I have a full picture of the issue before offering any advice.
