Product tells me to dl software to jumpdrive and install into tv if i cant connect to internet. Not sure where to get this software
Tv stopped connecting to internet.

A TV that isn't connecting to the internet is one that can't be used to it's full potential. I would start by attempting to reset the TV to ensure that there are no software bugs present. Alternatively, if that does not fix the issues, should the TV still be within the Return & Exchange period, I would suggest having it exchanged. However, feel free to let us know if the issue persists after the reset and we'll see what else we can do to help.
