I need to have my model NS-39DR510NA17 Insignia Roku TV come on when the power cord in plugged into the wall. Is there a setting to allow this to happen? It is going into a video game and when the power is applied to the cabinet the TV needs to come on. It cannot be turned on but a power button whether it is the TV button or the remote.

Welcome to the Community @ Insignia! Turning on your TV can be a pain; especially since it sounds like you’re unplugging it between uses. I’d be delighted to see how I can help you.
The feature you’re looking for isn’t an option you can change in your TV’s settings. Usually the TV would need to be turned on even with another source connected to it. Home Automation has come a long way recently, but you’d still be required to turn on the TV in some way. Please let me know if you’d like to looking to the Home automation options, and I’d be happy to point you in that direction.
