Just purchased 2 Insignia model NS-50DF710NA19 tvs. Trying to get a usb with pictures to show on screen. The manual says to plug in usb and press menu when prompted. No message comes up and media player input says no file found. Any ideas? Rather frustrating.

Thanks for sending us message about the USB related issue you had encountered on your new 50-inch Insignia TVs. We’d also like to officially welcome you to our community. We’d be happy to see what advice or light we can shed on this for you.
Can you please share what format the file is in? The manual for your TV shares that the photo viewer available on your TV only supports files in JPEG (.jpg) format. Have you tried to power cycle your TV? We look forward to your reply to dig into this further.

It is in a jpeg format. One tv has a media player folder that is listed in inputs. The other tv does not though they were purchased at the same time.
Power it off several times with no success. Any other ideas?

Thanks for confirming the files are in JPEG format. It is certainly odd that both TVs are not doing the same thing.
Power cycling includes unplugging the device in addition powering it off. This process would be similar to clearing the cache in your browser on a computer. Alternatively, we’d recommend trying to reset the TV back to factory default settings. If you’re still having issues, we’d recommend giving our support teams a call at (877) 467-4289 for further troubleshooting assistance.
