Thanks for joining the community here, and congratulations on your new television. That sound issue must be frustrating.
From your post, it sounds like you are using a HDMI source. Does this happen from every source, or just one? By that I mean, does it happen though every input?
In addition, are you using the internal speakers on the television or an external home theater system or headphones?
That should help me troubleshoot this.

It sounds like this happens despite swapping HDMI ports. Does the same audio syncing issue happen when watching Netflix/Hulu, Blu-ray, and regular TV or just when watching certain content?
