Can you please share what model number of TV you have? Do you have anything connected to your TV? Is the sound issue universal, and apply to all the channels or inputs you’re using? Also, have you tried to unplug the TV plus everything it’s plugged into for a few minutes? This is called power cycling your TV, and should clear up the issue.
