It does appear that both the TV and the Soundbar support ARC. That's a great first step. Please also make sure that you are using an up-to-date HDMI cable, as some extra old cables may not support the newest technologies.
From there, we would want to ensure that we are properly connecting only to the HDMI port labeled ARC. It will not work on all HDMI ports, and instead only the one(s) specifically dedicate for ARC.
