Hello ChisumGreen,
Welcome to our community.
Try this: Make sure that the sleep timer is not turned on. Press and hold Home on your remote control until the Quick Settings menu opens. Select Sleep Timer, then change the setting to Off. You can find more information in the TV User Guide.
I hope this helps. Thank you for writing to us.

Hello and welcome, Jrod052,
Can you confirm if your TV's model number is the same as that of ChisumGreen above?
Thanks,

Hi Jrod052,
Thanks for letting me know. The on-screen menu to change the Sleep Timer function on your TV should be appearing as John-BBY mentioned above. If it's not, we can try to perform a factory reset. To do this, press Home, then select Settings. Select Device & Software, then select Reset to Factory Defaults.
If the screen continues to power off automatically after performing a factory reset, try disabling the Sleep Timer using the steps above. In the event you continue to experience any issues, I'd recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 to help troubleshoot this issue in real-time.
I hope this helps. Thank you for taking the time to join our community.
