What I’ve found online tells me there is a reset button in the control panel area and I can’t seem to locate it. The on line sources say there is one but doesn’t offer a specific location. There looks to be a few unmarked places that are possible but I’m hesitant in sticking a paper clip in them as suggested. Thanks in advance.

It looks like that television has a software reset procedure. You can access it by following these instructions:

1. Press TiVo. The Home screen opens. Press Up or Down to select Settings, then press Right or SELECT.

2. Press Up or Down to highlight Help, then press Right or SELECT.

3. Press Up or Down to highlight Reset this TV, then press SELECT.

4. Press Up or Down to highlight Clear and delete everything, then press SELECT. If Parental Controls is turned on, the Enter PIN screen opens. Enter your four-digit PIN to continue.

5. Press Thumbs Up three times, then press SELECT to confirm this selection and start the Setup Wizard setup.

Thanks I’ll give that a try. Also, from searching the internet it says that there is a hard reset button on back of this model. Nothing is labeled but there are a couple points of possibility. I pushed in on them with reserve because I was unsure. No luck. Thanks again and I’ll post my progress.
