I bought a TV open box and when it arrived, the TV hadn't been reset to the factory conditions. So the amazon account the previous owner had is still set up, but there are parental locks that prevent me from resetting the TV. Amazon couldn't help, and I'm having issues with GeekSquad at the moment. Has anyone ever had this issue?
