I just purchased an Insignia NS-RMTSAM21 Replacement Remote for a Samsung TV, and cannot get the remote programmed.  After installing the batteries in the remote, I made several attempts to set up the remote following the instructions included with the remote.  I got as far as Step 3, however the TV would not turn off as described in the instructions.  I turned off the TV from the existing remote and repeated the installation instructions with the same results.What are your suggestions?
