I am having the same issue with my Insignia 32 LCD: Sound but no picture.
After searching online for a solution, I feel like this is a major defect with Insignia Tv's.
Is this a real life definition of planned obsolescence once the warranty has expired?
Best Buy should offer a product of quality if it is to represent their name. Shameful to not do so.

Hello Patcho,
Welcome to our community.
If you haven't already done so, try power-cycling the TV by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV hardware.
If the problem persists, please let me know and I'll be happy to look into this for you. Please include the TV model number in your message..
