I am also using Insigna Fire TV. Couple of times I tried "Reset to Factory Defaults" and installed updates after reset, still I am unable install HULU. When I try options to install HULU from app store, seeing message as "Unavailable" 

Insigna remote also has hulu launch button, when I try that too, going to App store's hulu page and says "unavailable"
