My TV is having this same problem. Every other TV and device in my house is working.

If you haven't already done so, try power-cycling the TV by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. This should serve to reset the TV hardware.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at (877) 467-4289 for assistance with more advanced troubleshooting for your TV.
