ROKU TV PIN

Hi Everbod,

 

I have a question. How do I find Pin Code for my dad's ROKU NS-24ER310NA17 or NS-32DR310NA17, without Pin won't let me set up his tv?

Does he have a Roku account already before the purchase of these devices?

 

You can view this article here and how to change the pin.

Only the account holder can change the pin on the account.

 

If you are unable to find your user name or password you can use the "what if " instructions on how to obtain these.

 

Should this not work out, your only recourse would be to setup an account with a different email address.
