Problem mirroring the screen

Hello, I just bought "Insignia 50 Class 495 Diag LED 2160p Smart 4K Ultra HD TV Roku TV" and I am trying to mirror the screen from my laptop. I could do it twice initially but it got disconnected within a minute both the time and now I can't even connect it. I tried restarting the TV, updating the software, etc but nothing works. 

How can I resolve this issue.

As screen mirroring is a function of your computer and not of the TV, I recommend contacting your computer manufacturer for assistance in making this connection.
