I bought a noise cancelling bluetooth headphone set and it connected perfect. Problem is the tv volume bar is at 100 but can barely hear anything un the headphones. Tried different audio settings with no sucess. What is the fix or what am I missing?

It isn't the headphones as I now tried numerous other bluetooth devices and it is the same result. As soon as a bluetooth device is connected the tv volume automaticaaly goes all the way up to 100 but little if any volume comes through the bluetooth speakers or headpnoes. The TV is w 55" Insignia, model NS-55DF710NA19.
