New insignia NS-32F201NA22 won't connect to wifi

Brand new, just out of the box won't connect to my home network.  I have tried everything I can think of... and while the wireless router sees the TV, the TV won't connect.  When security is enabled the TV reports incorrect password, when security is disabled the TV reports connection failed, try again.  Even trying to connect via WPS... using a pin or the WPS button the TV reports WPS failure, try again.

Other home devices, laptop, phone, Alexa, printer, tablet, 1 security camera and 1 wireless plug have no problem connecting via any of the above methods.

 

HELP please...

Thanks for creating a profile here on the Best Buy Forums. Welcome to this great community! I can certainly understand you looking for some support here, as I wouldn’t expect to experience issues with my new TV connecting to the internet either. We would recommend attempting to restart the TV and the router if possible to see if that helps the issue. If this continues, we may consider having to exchange the device for a different unit under our Return & Exchange Promise.
