I bought NS-50DF710NA21 back in August and I've had to change the batteries four times already. I've tried resetting the remote, and resetting the tv back to factory settings but nothing changes. What can I do to resolve this?

Specialist has gone silent, the issue is still not resolved. I've tried the phone hotline but I've been on hold for over a half hour at a time.

Just got an email asking me to point out the post where the solution was made, THERE HAS BEEN NO SOLUTION AS DISCUSSION HAS COMPLETELY GONE SILENT. I STILL NEED SUPPORT.
