I have no picture, nothing with flashlight test. Have replaced power and main board.

LED is red. presssing the poer button twice beeps, No TV sound. Never  a blue LED 

The backlight inverter board does have what looks like a diode which blinks a red light... looks like a surface mount diode and not an LED, 

Do I try a T-con or backlight inverter board or are there voltage tests which could direct my actions ?

hope the panel is not bad, want to get this working
