Last night, suddenly, the screen resolution on our NS-LTDVD26-09 TV changed.  Peoples heads are now cut off at the top and news feed ticker tape at the bottom are off the screen too.  We have tried everything that the manual has to offer.  Adjusting the picture settings as illustrated on page 15 of the user manual does not correct the problem either.

Any suggestions?

Also, sometimes the TV makes a popping noise when turned on and has done so since we bought it a few months ago.

The resolution problem has been solved.  A button on the cable remote was accidently pushed.

I still experience the popping noise when the TV turns on from time to time.  The TV is plugged into a surge protector.
