I got an NS-LCD 26A tv as present last Christmas I conected, scaned and I was able to watch 3 or 4 digital chanels then I wait to see if there comes more by the begining of February, by that time I was able to watch got like 6 digital chanels. When the conversion to analog chanels to Digital was postpone I was unable to watch any other rarely I used to watch 2 or 3 but now none.
I bought new antena and other small HD tv in wich I'm able to see more chanels than the one from Insignia, than my question is because we are close to the total conversion and I'm still to see nothing in my Insignia; is this a Digital tv or not because I got tired to be scanning in order to my tv receive digital signals and nothing yet.

Hello mollejitas,
Welcome to the forums! I reviewed that manual for your TV and it is definitely an HDTV. While it sounds like you have been regularly scanning for new channels, I would like to recommend that you continue to do so. Before the DTV conversion is complete, TV broadcasts may not settle into their final channel locations.
If this ultimately doesn't work, you may need an HD antenna, or the TV may be in need of service.
I hope this helps.
Regards,
John
