Welcome to our community, and thanks for reaching out about this. Audio desynch really grinds my gears, so I imagine it must be very frustration on television.
The first thing you'll want to do is remove all of the cables and re-seat them. It could just be a loose connection causing this. Please give that a try and let me know if it helps.

I apologize for this extremely tardy reply.
It sounds like you may need to change the digital audio format of your TV. To do so, go to the Home menu, select Settings, then select Display & Sounds. Select Audio Output, then select Digital Audio Format and change the setting to PCM or Dolby Digital. You can find more information in the TV User Guide. Additionally, you may wish to consult your sound bar User Guide.
