NS-HSB318 and NS-55DF710NA19

The audio is out of sync between the TV and the sound bar. I cannot find an option for either device to adjust the timing/lag of the audio.

Welcome to our community, and thanks for reaching out about this. Audio desynch really grinds my gears, so I imagine it must be very frustration on television.

 

The first thing you'll want to do is remove all of the cables and re-seat them. It could just be a loose connection causing this. Please give that a try and let me know if it helps.

Are you connecting the soundbar through an optical cable, a headphone cable, or the RCA jack?
