Best Buy's return policy was 30 days until this past Sunday when it changed to 15 days!
I was there today and one of the floor reps said since I bought my TV before 3/3, they will honor the 30 days.
I'm bringing it back on Sunday.

After reviewing this issue with our engineers, I have been informed that – despite the lag issue that has been reported – the TV is functioning properly and according to the specifications under which it was designed and manufactured. We continue to recommend, as we have previously, that you adjust your console settings for best results when gaming:

Okay so the short of Insignia support's answer is suck it they are not fixing it, they don't care and enjoy your broken TV. LIke I said before make sure you leave reviews wherever you can and let as meany people as you can know about your experience with Insignia products so hopefully they wont make the same mistake of trusting this company as we did!
