Gripe enough and they might take it back. We essentially all have defective products.

Best Buy's return policy was 30 days until this past Sunday when it changed to 15 days! 

 

I was there today and one of the floor reps said since I bought my TV before 3/3, they will honor the 30 days. 

 

I'm bringing it back on Sunday.

I want to offer our apology for the apparent silence on our part. I have been monitoring the conversation in this thread and sharing your messages with our engineers, Product Support, and Development teams.

After reviewing this issue with our engineers, I have been informed that – despite the lag issue that has been reported – the TV is functioning properly and according to the specifications under which it was designed and manufactured. We continue to recommend, as we have previously, that you adjust your console settings for best results when gaming:

  • Disable all picture-enhancing features on the TV. This includes Insignia Motion 120, Overscan, Adaptive Contrast, and Dynamic Backlight.
  • If your game console has PC resolutions for video output, we recommend using 1366x768, or setting your console to output 1080p.

Please know that we are listening and using your comments to provide a better gaming experience for future TV models. As ever, we are grateful for your participation in this Community and for your enthusiasm for Insignia TVs.

Okay so the short of Insignia support's answer is suck it they are not fixing it, they don't care and enjoy your broken TV.  LIke I said before make sure you leave reviews wherever you can and let as meany people as you can know about your experience with Insignia products so hopefully they wont make the same mistake of trusting this company as we did!

and agan insignia setting you output to 1080p does not fix the problem
