NS-55DF710NA21 55" UHD (4K) Insignia tv screen issues

Our 55” Insignia Tv has started acting up. When we turn it on the screen is not expanded to full screen anymore. It’s super tiny and only covers 2/3 of the screen. No one changed settings and we went though every option to fix it but finally reset it to factory settings so that we can see the menu and TV guide. A few days later it went back to the super small screen. When we go into an app like Hulu or Netflix it’s fine but the TV guide and Home Screen are so small we can’t see them. I looked for aspect ratio but didn’t see that setting. Is there something else we can do and why is it changing all of a sudden - by itself?!
