I have a new Insignia Fire Tv that is not in sync picture to voice. It does this on most of the antenna channels and even some times on the Amazon videos and apps. I have a sony sound bar that it is terribly out of sync when it is on, so I've tried just using the TV speakers and that isn't much better. I don't see any options to turn off the dolby audio format. I turned off the audio mixing,turned off surround sound. Is there anything I can do to fix this?
