I recently bought this new tv and no matter how many cables, or different devices I plug into HDMI 1/ARC, it always either displays a blank screen or states it has an HDCP error. The other two HDMI ports work fine, but this one seems to have an issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for reaching out to us about your new 50-inch Insignia TV. All of our HDMI 1/ARC ports should be HDCP 2.2 rated. I’m sorry to hear that your TV isn’t recognizing the signal and throwing up an error. I understand how that could be an issue.
Can you please verify if you have an HDCP 2.2 rated HDMI cable connected? I know you shared that you connected a few different ones, but I just want to make sure it’s one that can get that signal. Also, can you please share if you’ve tried to power cycle the TV? Also, what source/component are you trying to display?
