Welcome to the forum, and thanks for reaching out! Considering this TV is seven years old and has been discontinued for some time now, our options to help may be pretty limited, but I’m happy to offer some basic troubleshooting steps.
First, I’d recommend power cycling your TV by disconnecting it from the power source and leaving it to sit for about 5-10 minutes. Then, plug it back in and power on your TV. If that doesn’t resolve the issue right away, you can attempt a factory reset by following these steps:

According to the user manual, there should be a MENU button on the right side of the TV at the very top. Perhaps give that a try and see if it works?
