[ Edited ]

I can connect to my wifi, but not the internet. My other tv, and phone can connect to the internet from the same router, so I believe my internet service is fine. I.p. address is {removed per forum guidelines} I've read that this may be an issue but im not sure. Also my standby light is now giving 2 quick blinks over and over. Possible bad board?

Re: NS-32DR310NA17 wont connect to the internet

Greetings Mcapt14,

Welcome to the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community! I appreciate the time you’ve taken to share your concerns about your 32” Insignia TV with us. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some issues with internet connectivity. I’d be happy to offer a few troubleshooting recommendations for you.

Were you able to initially set-up your TV by connecting it to the internet? Or has this always been an issue since you purchased the TV?

Have you tried to power cycle your TV? You’re able to do this by unplugging your TV from the power source and any components it’s connected to for a few minutes. Then you’d plug in the components then connect the TV to power again.

Have you attempted to reset your TV back to the factory settings? You should be able to press the “Reset” button on the back of your TV for 15 seconds. This would revert your TV back to the factory settings, and hopefully migitating any issues that may be present.

Does your router support support IEEE 802.11 dual band capability? We highly recommend that you connect your TV to one that does to achieve the best results.

I look forward to your reply to learn if those tips worked out for you!
