NS-32DF310NA19 missing firmware

My NS-32DF310NA19 tv aparently is missing it's firmware, or corrupt? Needs to be updated via usb, where can I find the firmware download for this? I am told this is normally done automatically once the tv is booted into the firmware which is not possible for me right now. Help!!
