My Insignia Roku TV- unable to connect

So I just got my service provider changed from Rogers to Bell, I am trying to connect my TV with the new wifi connection, is not getting connected. While setting up the connection it shows Red Cross on wifi and internet connection. I called Bell they said they can see my TV showing connected from the router. What should I do? I have reset the TV, restart the router and did system reset too but nothing seems to work?
