I have an Insignia TV I bought last year and I am having a problem with the menu screen appearing all the time. It pops up and I have to keep hitting exit on the remote to get it to disappear, but then it keeps popping up. I took the batteries out of the remote but it still pops up. I unplugged the TV, took the batteries out of the remote. pushed all the buttons on the side of the TV, and the remote, then I turned the TV back on, put the batteries in the remote, and the box still appears all the time. What do I have to do to make it stop?.....It is SO ANNOYING!!.......PLEASE help!
